    Defective Items

    All orders shipped from our HokySweeper.com warehouse are inspected for damage before they are shipped. In the event an item is damaged during the shipping process, you will have 5 days to report the damage to us and request an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) to ship the item back for replacement. We will ship a replacement to you at no cost to you once we have received and inspected your item and it is found to be defective. All items must be returned accompanied with the original packaging and all manuals and registration cards. Shipping charges in the return of any item are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any item returned to us without an RMA# will be returned to the purchaser who will be responsible for any and all return freight charges.

    Exchange Items

    You may exchange unused items for additional items so long as they have not been used. Items returned for exchange that have been found to have been used will be charged a 50% restocking fee. You are responsible for any and all shipping costs in the return and exchange of any item you have purchased from hokysweeper.com. All items must be returned accompanied with the original packaging and all manuals and registration cards. Shipping charges in the return of any item are the responsibility of the purchaser.     You may return items for a complete and full refund provided they are returned COMPLETELY unused and with the original packaging including all manuals and registration cards.
